More information for this year's Halloween Ghost Story Contest is now available.

Since we've received over a dozen unsolicited résumés in the past couple of weeks we wanted to remind everyone that we're not currently hiring, but that when we are we'll post all the details on both our careers page and the Saugus jobs forum.

The SAVE site was updated today.

We've added some preliminary info for this year's Halloween Ghost Story Contest. We'll be adding more next week.

Based on feedback we've received this week, we've added a direct link to the Yard Sales page on the sidebar to make it easier to locate. We'll leave it there during the entire yard sale season and remove it after the season has passed.

For those who haven't yet upgraded their browser to something modern like Firefox, we've made some slight enhancements to the Saugus Microsoft Channel. We still however recommend upgrading to a browser that supports current standards in order to get the best Web experience.

The Computer File Name Extensions List was updated today.

We've uploaded some photographs from this year's Prankers Pond Day (held yesterday).

This is just a reminder to check out the new Saugus forums if you have not yet done so. They are accessible via the Web, RSS, and Usenet so you can use whatever you find most convenient. We'll be adding new features to these as the weeks go on, so please let us know what you like and don't like.

The Saugus Area Computer Resources page was updated today.

The SHS Alumni Assocation site was updated today.

The Computer Terms Glossary was updated today; in particular a few new terms were added.

The Saugus Places of Worship page had some significant updates today.

RSS interfaces are now available for all the Saugus forums. The web interface for each forum has a link for its related RSS feed, plus most recent browsers will automatically detect the feeds and provide simple methods of subscribing. Please note that RSS is inherently read-only, and while it's a quick and efficient means of checking for new messages, you'll have to use either the web interface or Usenet to post your own messages.

Saugus.org was updated today.

We've implemented and are now testing a system that provides an RSS interface to all the Saugus news groups. We hope to have it generally available by this weekend, but in the worst case it'll be ready next week.

The Saugus Area Medical, Dental, & Pharmaceutical Information page was updated today.

The Saugus Area Industry Information page was updated today.

The Saugus Area Entertainment, Recreation, and Sports page was updated today.

The Saugus Area Educational Resources page was updated today.

Some updates were made to the Saugus TAHG program page today; of especial note is the addition of eight new lesson plans.

The Saugus Area Government Information page was updated today.

The Saugus Organizations page was updated again today, and the Saugus Places of Worship page was likewise updated.
