The Healthy Streets Outreach Program would like to invite you to join us for the 7th Annual Overdose Vigil in Lynn, MA. The vigil is to remember those we have lost to overdose and any other substance related passing. The event is free and open to the public. This year we will be starting the 1st ever Not One More Anonymous Death (N.O.M.A.D.) overdose memorial t-shirt project. All supplies will be available at the event. Come take a tour of the Boardman House, built in 1692 and preserved as an architectural study property by Historic New England. Built for William Boardman, a local joiner, this house has survived three centuries remarkably intact and today provides an opportunity for close study of early construction techniques and finishes. Due to a scheduling conflict, the date for this year's Prankers Pond Day has been changed to August 28th - 12:00 to 3:00pm - Anyone who is available to help out or would just like to take a canoe ride or simply spend some quiet time enjoying our "hidden jewel", we would love to see you there! Please note, this event has been canceled due to Hurricane Irene.
