In slightly over a month away, by law all full power television stations will cease broadcasting in analog formats and broadcast only in digital. If you're using an antenna (either rooftop or "rabbit ears") to watch free television on a conventional analog television set your setup will stop working on February 17. In order for you to still watch television without additional monthly payments, you'll have to either upgrade to a digital television or purchase a digital to analog converter box. Converter boxes cost in the neighborhood of $50 to $75, and each household may obtain two $40 coupons courtesy of the U.S. Federal Government simply by requesting them. Browse over to www.dtv2009.gov or call 1-888-388-2009 to request yours.
