It looks like quite a few of our recent updates were temporarily blocked. These have all been unblocked, so things should be back to normal.

The Tips for New Computer Users & New Internet Surfers Page was updated today.

Minor updates were made to the Saugus Curbside Recycling, Etc. Information page today.

The News Sources page was updated today.

The Saugus Area Legal, Financial, & Real Estate Information page was updated again today.

The Saugus Area Television & Radio Information page was updated today.

The Filename Extensions Dictionary was updated today.

The Saugus Area Entertainment, Recreation, & Sports Resources page was updated again today.

We made minor tweaks to our Site Map Facility today.

The Saugus-Area Computer Information page was updated today.

We've mentioned this before, but the recent flood of bogus spam events for the Saugus Events Calendar and Saugus Yard Sales Calendar has continued to be a problem. All of these have been getting rejected by our human moderators, but it's making us a little slower than normal approving the real ones (although honestly there are not too many of these as with the pandemic and all there are far fewer events than normal). Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

This is just a reminder that much of the code that runs Saugus.net can be found on our public Saugus.net Subversion site. If you were ever curious about how certain things work behind-the-scenes, here is where you can look.
