Today is Election Day in Massachusetts, so be sure to get out and vote.

This was a very competitive year for the Halloween Writing Contest with the Adult Category in particular having several excellent stories that were championed by individual judges but which could not all win. We continue to add author information to their pages as we get it, so if you're curious about a particular author you may want to check back on the relevant winning entry in a couple of days.

All the winning Halloween Ghost Stories got posted last night. While we still don't know where all the authors come from, we know that we have some from California, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Greece. So far as we know there are not any from Massachusetts this year. This is also the first year in a long time where no past winners got a repeat win.
