We have started posting winners for our Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest. We will continue posting categories throughout the night.

Tomorrow is Halloween, and as per usual we will start posting the winning Ghost Story Contest entries after nightfall.

The Filename Extensions Glossary was updated today.

It does not happen every year, but we did get some interactive fiction entries this year. If you are a fan of Halloween interactive fiction, you have something to look forward to when we post the Ghost Story Contest results this Halloween!

We are still short of judges for our Annual Ghost Story Contest. You will not get to read this year, but if you are interested in judging please let us know and we will talk before next year comes around.

Our volunteer judges have spent the weekend reading your ghost stories. There were not quite as many entries this year as in typical years, but that is perhaps not too surprising considering world events.

Yesterday was the deadline for our annual Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest. We are no longer taking entries for this year.

Today is the Saugus.net Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest deadline! Anything not received today will not be considered for this year.

This is the final partial week before the deadline for our 23^rd Annual Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest. The deadline is Thursday.

This is the final weekend for writing before the deadline to our Twenty-Third Annual Ghost Story Contest, so get writing! There are still very few Elementary School entries and no Interactive Fiction entries received so far this year.

The Computer & Internet Etiquette (Netiquette) Guide was updated today.

In addition to not having yet received any Elementary School entries yet for our Twenty-Third Annual Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest, we have also not yet received any Interactive Fiction entries. If you have ever wanted to try your hand at writing interactive fiction, this is a great place to start!

The Saugus.net office will be closed today for the holiday. Regularly updated pages will continue to be updated, and contest entries submitted will continue to be received.

We still have not yet received a single elementary school entry for our 23^rd Annual Halloween Ghost Story Writing Contest. With things being as chaotic in school as they are this year, this is perhaps not too surprising. If you are a kid in elementary school who likes writing but have always been afraid of entering the contest, this could be your year!

The Places To Go Near Saugus page was updated today.

We have started to receive some Halloween Ghost Story Contest entries, but so far most of them are in either the Adult or Middle School categories. As of this writing there are not too many High School entries and no Elementary School entries. There are also not yet any Interactive Fiction entries.

The first weekend in October starts tomorrow! It will be a great time to write a Halloween short story!

October is here, and that means the deadline for submitting your ghost story for the Annual Halloween Ghost Story Contest is just a few weeks away.
